SPC was established in 1996 to support individual practice, independently organised spaces, open access to network media and creative experimentation with technology. It’s the hub around which many diverse energies and initiatives continue to interconnect.

We offer web hosting and project development space to groups and individuals by subscription. These fees underwrite costs of the wide range of email, media and technical and meeting facilities at the space we have available. SPC also report on a batch of projects which serve local interests and promote collaboration.

Subscribers are invited to utilise the many facilities available, exchange skills and make stuff to share. Additional service and special assistance, attendance and training are brokered within the SPC subscriber group, at flat fate of £30 per hour and arranged on an assignment basis by contacting make@spc.org or calling James Stevens on +447973318881
